Network Integration:

1. Negotiations and Planning:
o Collaborating with carriers, venues, vendors, and stakeholders to establish coordination and buy-in.
o Conducting meticulous project planning, staging, and network installation.
2. Equipment Installation and Testing:
o Implementing connectorization, installing passive/active gear, and performing head-end signal conditioning.
o Conducting Point of Interface (POI) and End-to-End (E2E) testing and verifications.
o Performing sweep testing and Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) testing for accurate measurements.
3. Head-End Buildout:
o Coordinating the construction of the head-end in parallel with copper and optical rough-in.
o Facilitating carrier commissioning and closeout documentation.
4. DAS Network Construction and Integration
o Standardizing the survey process to identify practical solutions and document deployment details.
o Capturing visual documentation, including pictures and videos of the site, while noting physical limitations.
o Considering cable pathways, MDF/IDF/Telco space, and practical factors in the design and deployment plan.

o Developing punch lists, system as-built documentation, ATP reports, and optimization and maintenance delivery plans.
o Coordinating with carriers for commissioning, certification, performance validation, and sign-off.
Testing and Quality Control:
Throughout the integration process, we conduct various tests to ensure network performance and quality. Here are the key testing areas we focus on:
1. Sweep Testing and Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR):
o Comprehensive sweep testing to measure return loss, distance to fault, attenuation measurements, passive intermodulation, and active intermodulation.
o OTDR testing to measure fiber length, overall attenuation, and optical return loss, identifying faults and ensuring optimal performance.
2. Provisioning and LBS & E911 Call Testing:
o Testing for L2 and end-to-end throughput, latency, round trip time, protocol and handshake verification, secure gateway setup, IPsec, and other necessary parameters for efficient network provisioning.
o Conducting LBS & E911 call testing using angle of arrival (AOA) and time difference of arrival (TDOA) triangulation techniques to verify accuracy in Public Safety Access Point (PSAP).
3. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Testing:
o Rigorous KPI testing to evaluate network performance and mobility, including data session accessibility and retainability, throughput, latency, handover success rate, time on LTE, and CSFB success rate, among other essential metrics.
4. Acceptance Testing:
o Comprehensive coverage analysis, including RSSI, RSRP, and RSCP measurements, uplink and downlink SINR, and modulation quality checks.
o Collaborating closely with carriers and stakeholders to ensure successful acceptance testing and final project sign-off.
